FAQ
Are bento boxes safe? |
It's safe. Our paper bento boxes go through SGS test annually, and are 100% safe according to the Sanitation Standard for Food Utensils, Containers and Packages. |
Do bento boxes leak? |
A good bento box doesn’t leak and should be water and oil-proof. Our bento boxes can hold steaming hot food up to 90℃(194℉). Also, they can handle being in the refrigerator or freezer for a long time, and still looks firm and great. |
Can paper containers be microwaved? |
Paper containers can be used for hot food, however, we do not recommend putting them in the microwave because of the plastic lamination on the inner surface. For food safety reason, we strongly recommend using glass ware or ceramic containers when heating up your food. |
Are paper food containers recyclable? |
They are recyclable when treated properly under recycle plants. |
Can you put hot soup in paper bowls? |
Yes. Paper cups are designed to hold hot drinks and food. They can hold hot or cold food for several hours. |
